How does a first conversation go?: You tell us what you need to find out about your material, we ask about the samples, the timing and the questions the results have to answer, and we come back with a proposal: scope, schedule against the next beamtime, and a price for the campaign. No forms, no qualification calls.
What do I need to send, and how much?: Ground powder, as it comes from your sample preparation. Send what you have: 10 g of pulp per sample is a comfortable minimum, so there is material for repeats and for returning to you. The measurement itself uses milligrams. We accept pulps rather than whole rock.
Can we start small?: Yes. A trial batch of 10 to 100 samples, compared with the mineralogy you already have, is the usual first step. Small sets ride on shared beamtime, so the trial does not wait for a campaign of its own.
