Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, company, and what you told us about the samples. The form also records where you came from (the search campaign or the page that linked here) so we know which of our pages and ads are useful.

Why

To answer your request and prepare the quote. Nothing else: no newsletters, no lists, no sharing with anyone.

How long

Requests are kept as part of our sales records for as long as the conversation or the customer relationship lasts, and deleted when you ask.

Site analytics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. That is why the site shows no cookie banner.

Who handles the data

Ab Mineral Analytics Oy, Helsinki, Finland, which trades as Mineralytics. Form submissions are sent through Resend and the site runs on Vercel; both act on our instructions.

Your rights

Write to contact@mineralytics.fi to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can also contact the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
